How do I know if your products are suitable for me?

Do you ship everywhere?

We currently offer domestic shipping within Singapore only. If you are interested in shipping within Hong Kong, please visit us at www.herbsoil.co

What are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping: $5 SGD Free shipping for orders above $60 SGD

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day. Delivery takes 2-3 working days for domestic shipments. Once payment is made, you will receive an email notification when an order has been shipped. You may check your shipment status within 24 hours of receiving the shipment notification. **All delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

What is your product return/exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority hence we offer a 14-day guarantee. Simply cover shipping costs and return it – we'll refund you! Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the products to arrange for return. Please note products will need to have at least ¾ bottle left, and once confirmed, please provide tracking information for return to ensure your refund process goes smoothly.

How can I return or exchange my product?

For broken, damaged, or incorrect products, connect with our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the products. If you experience skin sensitivities or allergies to a product, please connect with our customer service team within (14) days of receiving the product and we will do our best to help you. Products should have at least 70% left and customers will need to pay return shipping fees. Your experience is of the utmost importance to us hence it is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. Damaged, defective items

If the product(s) in your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please keep the box, packing materials, and the product(s) inside and contact us with a picture and order number and we will take care of the rest.
