What are the delivery options, and when can I receive my order?

We’re thrilled to dispatch our items to you! We will take X-X business days (M-F) to process and pack your order. Once packed, we will ship it out ASAP and email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

The following fees and estimated delivery timings apply to Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S.: 

  • Singapore: Flat rate of SGDX per order, X-X business days to reach you
  • Hong Kong: Flat rate of HKDX per order, X-X business days to reach you
  • Within the U.S.: Flat rate of USDX per order, X-X business days to reach you

To our friends outside of these locations, we deliver worldwide via . Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products. Delivery times vary from country to country. Herbs’Oil is not responsible for any taxes that might occur as duty. We recommend checking with your local postal services to see if this might apply to you. If we do not ship to your location currently, drop us a message at , and we'll arrange something for you.

Are there any restricted zones that you do not deliver to?

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, and hotels because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt. We want to ensure that your parcel lands in the right hands!

What happens if I miss my delivery?

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. We would be more than happy to re-deliver your order, but additional costs for re-delivery will apply. All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared, and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.

How do I change my delivery information?

You will not be able to amend your delivery info once your order is placed. But you can always email us at , and we'll do what we can to help. Shipping delays may occur for delivery address changes, but we'll try to minimise them.

There’s always the possibility of your order already being delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, and so we may not be able to retrieve it. As such, please contact us ASAP if you need to make changes to your delivery info!

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed. We always aim to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it is sent for processing and packing as soon as we confirm it.

I received a wrong item or defective item. What should I do?

We're incredibly sorry for the mix-up! :( Please give us a chance to fix it. Drop us a message at [email] within 30 days from the delivery date with the following information, and our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Your order reference number
  • The product code of the item you ordered
  • The product code of the item you received

For incorrect item(s) received, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order via [....]. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unused. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your return items must reach us within 30 days from the delivery date with a valid order reference number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item sent

To initiate a return or refund, you can contact us at [email address]. If your return or refund request is accepted, we will provide you with our return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

Reimbursement & Processing Time

Once your returns have been confirmed, you'll be issued a refund, store credit, or a replacement order. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
